Can I book a follow-up accountability session without having done an initial personalised wellbeing consultation?
No, these sessions are exclusively for clients who have completed a Wellness by Design: Personalised Wellbeing Consultation. This ensures we’re building on a tailored wellbeing foundation that’s already aligned to your lifestyle, goals, and needs.
How are the follow-up sessions delivered?
All accountability sessions are delivered online via Google Meet, making them easy to fit into your schedule, no matter where you are. Once you book, you'll receive a link to book your session(s).
What are these sessions useful for?
These sessions are designed to help you stay on track, refine your wellbeing routine, and keep your goals front of mind, especially when life gets busy.
How long do I have to schedule my session(s)?
Single sessions must be scheduled and completed within six months of booking. If you purchase a pack of three or five sessions, they must be redeemed within 12 months of booking.
Do I agree to any terms when I book?
By booking your session or session bundle, you’re agreeing to the Seeds of Wonder Coaching Service Agreement, designed to help ensure a smooth and positive coaching experience.
