Meet the Founder
The idea for Seeds of Wonder was born a few years later in 2018 during a silent meditation retreat in the beautiful rice paddies of Tabanan in Bali. After reflecting on my own struggles to expand my understanding of yoga and the challenges of embedding it into my life outside of yoga class, I decided to share what I was learning and to try to find ways to make it easier for others to embrace the yoga lifestyle, wellness practices and philosophy within their own lives.
Through Seeds of Wonder, I am committed to playing a part in breaking down many of the myths that exist about yoga.
I want to make yoga and wellness feel accessible to anyone and everyone, pushing past the idea many have that you need to be a skinny human pretzel able to tie yourself into knots, that it is solely a physical activity or that you have to commit to years of studying complex Sanskrit texts (unless you want to of course!).
Believing that one size doesn’t fit all, through Seeds of Wonder I hope to inspire and support others to draw on the yoga lifestyle, wellness activities and philosophy to find practical tools and knowledge to shape a life that offers more balance, connection, happiness and health.
Born in the UK, I have lived in Sydney, Australia since 2002. When I am not delving into the world of yoga you will usually find me heading off on a new adventure with my three mischievous dogs and husband Tim.
