I accept payment at checkout via PayPal and all major credit cards including VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD.

AFTERPAY is also available.

Redeeming a coupon/promotional code
Got a coupon code? Simply enter it at Checkout in the Discount Code section or in your cart in the Coupon Code section.

Codes cannot be used together, with any other offers or on previously purchased orders.

Promotional codes and discounts exclude gift wrapping and gift cards. Unless specified, promotional codes and discounts also exclude shipping costs.

Shipping

Free delivery on all Australian orders over $150
I offer free shipping on all orders over $150 (excluding shipping costs) to Australian addresses. Simply select the option at checkout.

Unfortunately at this time I am unable to offer free shipping on overseas orders.

Delivery areas
As well as shipping across Australia, I offer global shipping to most countries worldwide, excluding America, Russia, China, and certain other locations (due to insurance complexities). If you cannot find your country when entering your address at checkout, it may indicate that I do not currently ship to your location.

Delivery times
I try and get your products out within 3 business days once I receive your payment.

Delivery times will depend on where you are. Deliveries within Australia usually take 2-12 days from dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the zone you are in:

Zone 1 – New Zealand | 4-6 working days
Zone 2 – Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days
Zone 3 – Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Once your order is ready for dispatch the system will email you to let you know it is on its way. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Overseas purchases - customers taxes and duties
Customers are responsible for paying any duties, tax or other customs charges made by the destination country. They are not included in the sale price or shipping costs and are not payable by Seeds of Wonder.

Redeeming a gift card
Gift cards can be redeemed by entering the gift card number in the Discount Code/Gift card code field at Checkout.

Gift card expiry
Gift cards are valid for three years from date of purchase. You can find the expiry date on the email with your gift card.

Gift wrap
Gift wrapping is available for most products at a flat rate of $5.95.

Simply click the ‘Add gift options’ next to the ‘Add to Cart‘ button. Don’t worry if you forget – you can also add gift wrapping at Checkout or in your Cart.

If you would like to include a gift message you can do this when you select your preferred gift wrap.

Please note, Seeds of Wonder jewellery and essential oil lava bead diffusers come in a gift pouch. Gift boxes are wrapped at no extra cost – see product photos for gift box wrapping options.

Mala information

Activating your mala

When you first receive your mala you may like to cleanse and activate it.

You can run your mala through the smoke of a smudge stick to cleanse it. Once it is cleansed, hold your mala in your hands, against your heart or on your third eye. Picture the energy that you would like to infuse it with flowing from you, into your mala, and set an intention you would like to pair with your mala.

Caring for your mala

Your mala is a beautiful piece of jewellery. It is also a sacred and precious object that needs some special care.  To look after your mala and give it a long life, here are some care guidelines.

• Keep your mala in its pouch or hanging somewhere safe when you are not wearing it.
• Do not wear it while bathing, swimming, at the beach or while sleeping.
• To keep its tassel fresh and tidy, you can gently wash it and comb out while damp with a wide toothed comb.  Leave it to dry overnight before wearing.
• To cleanse the crystals and seeds you can bathe your mala under a full moon, or alternatively smudge it to purify and release energy stored in the beads that does not serve you.
• Avoid twisting the guru bead or playing with the tassel as this weakens the thread and can cause it to break prematurely.
• Treat it at all times with care and a gentle touch.

What to do with broken malas

Over time your mala string will naturally wear and will eventually break. This means your mala has served its purpose and your intentions and prayers are being released to the Universe.

Both yogic and Buddhist traditions say that a broken mala indicates a spiritual break through. It is seen as an opportunity to reflect on how far you have come.

It is a great time to let go of intentions and beliefs that no longer serve you, and set new intentions. Think about what you would like to manifest and focus on this as you set your new intentions.

You can store the beads from the broken mala in a little pouch.  Carry this pouch with you to remind you of your journey, or if you have an altar or special space at home you might like to place the pouch on it.

Mala repairs

Alternatively, if you do not feel that you have fully completed the intention you were working with you can choose to repair it.

If you have purchased a Seeds of Wonder mala I can restring it for you so you can finish working with your intention. To repair a knotted Seeds of Wonder mala is $60 and to restring my other malas is $40 (plus shipping). If you would like more information about this service email me at info@seedsofwonder.com.au.

Like the warranty I offer on my malas, should the repaired mala break due to the thread quality or my knotting/restringing within 60 days, I will repair it again for free. 

Exclusions: The warranty is void if the mala has been modified, not cared for according to the provided care guidelines, abused, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear - for example, if it has snapped due to being caught and pulled or if the thread above the tassel has snapped, which is due to frequent handling.

In the unlikely event your Seeds of Wonder mala should break within 60 days of purchase I will restring it for you for free.

Just email me at info@seedsofwonder.com.au with your proof of purchase and a picture and I will be in contact to make arrangements.
