How is the coaching session delivered?
Your session will be delivered face-to-face, in person. Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient time and a suitable location.

What areas can in-person sessions be booked for?
In-person sessions are available in the following Sydney locations: Inner West, Lower North Shore, Eastern Suburbs (near the Bondi area), St George area, Sutherland Shire, and Menai/Panania.

How long is the coaching session?
Each session runs for 60 minutes.
Do I need to prepare for the session?
You will receive a short pre-consultation questionnaire to help tailor your session to your goals and priorities.
How long do I have to schedule my session(s)?
Single sessions must be completed within six months of booking. Session bundles must be used within 12 months of booking.
Do I agree to any terms when I book?
By booking your session or package, you’re agreeing to the Seeds of Wonder Coaching Service Agreement, designed to help ensure a smooth and positive coaching experience.
Do you offer online sessions?
Absolutely! Online sessions are available and just as personalised and effective.
