RETURNS POLICY

Product returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return it I am happy to accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of you receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused in their original condition, unopened, unused and with any tags still on. Please contact info@seedsofwonder.com.au for returns address.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returns. I recommend using a trackable option as I am unable to refund items I do not receive back.

Unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, downloaded products, gift vouchers or bracelets/malas that are made to meet a customer’s specific size or design request.

Purchases made using gift vouchers cannot be refunded, only exchanged.

Product refunds

Bracelets/malas that are made to meet a customer’s specific size or design request are also not eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds for the amount paid for the item or workshop will be made using your original payment method, excluding shipping costs or duties/taxes paid.

If you return item(s) purchased online with Afterpay and they are valid for a refund, your initial payment will be returned, minus any shipping costs or duties/taxes paid. If this does not cover the total cost of the shipping or duties/taxes this will be taken out of subsequent payments until the balance is cleared. All other payments will then be cancelled at no extra charge. You can find more information on Afterpay’s website here. Please note, if you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. Product exchanges

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase I am happy to exchange full priced products within 14 days of you receiving your order. Just email me at info@seedsofwonder.com.au to arrange.

To qualify for an exchange products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and with any tags still on.

Customers who have purchased products using a gift voucher and wish to exchange them for item(s) of lower value will receive the remaining balance back on a new gift voucher. Full or partial cash refunds are not issued for products made with gift vouchers.

Sale products, downloaded products and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Bracelets/malas that are made to meet a customer’s specific size or design request are also not eligible for an exchange.

My 60-Day Mala & Bracelet Guarantee

In the unlikely event your Seeds of Wonder mala or bracelet should break within 60 days of purchase I will restring it (malas) or replace it (bracelets) for you for free.

Just email me at info@seedsofwonder.com.au with your proof of purchase and a picture and I will be in contact to make arrangements.

Exclusions: I reserve the right to void the warranty where a mala or bracelet shows signs of modification, where it has not been cared for within the guidelines outlined on the care card provided with every order, where it has been abused or has suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Seeds of Wonder Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Seeds of Wonder gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to the gift card for details of the expiration date.

Seeds of Wonder gift cards can be used for partial or full payment of online purchases made at www.seedsofwonder.com.

There is no limitation on how many times a gift card can be used up until the point the balance reaches $0.00.

No cash change will be given on purchases made using Seeds of Wonder gift cards. The balance will remain on the gift card.

Seeds of Wonder gift cards cannot be reloaded, redeemed for cash or balances transferred to other Seeds of Wonder gift cards.

Seeds of Wonder gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Seeds of Wonder gift card.

Seeds of Wonder gift cards that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission will not be replaced.

Please double-check the email address details are correct. Seeds of Wonder does not take responsibility if the recipient’s address is entered incorrectly.

Seed of Wonder gift cards are not eligible for discount offers and cannot be refunded.

Coupon codes cannot be used to purchase a gift card.

Goods or events purchased with a Seeds of Wonder gift card are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges are permitted.

All other terms and conditions and policies apply to Seeds of Wonder gift cards.

I try and get your products out within 3 business days once I receive your payment.

Delivery times will depend where you are. Deliveries within Australia usually take 2-12 days from dispatch. International delivery times vary depending on the zone you are in:

Zone 1 – New Zealand | 4-6 working days Zone 2 – North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days Zone 3 – Rest of the world | 10-15 working days

Once your order is ready for dispatch I will email you to let you know it is on its way. This email will include a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Free delivery on all Australian orders over $150

I offer free delivery on all orders over $150 to Australian addresses. Simply select the option at checkout.

Unfortunately at this time I am unable to offer free shipping on overseas orders.

Overseas purchases

Customers are responsible for paying any duties, tax or customs charges made by the destination country – this is not included in the sale price or shipping costs.
