Fossil Coral Stone

This stone is said to promote inner peace and to quieten a busy mind.  With a grounding energy, Fossil Coral stone can soothe the wearer’s stress, increase your motivation and help bring about change in your life. Many believe it can enhance your longevity and in ancient times was often worn as an amulet to ward off evil spirits.

Note: Fossil Coral is not the same as endangered of protective reef coral but a member of the agate or chalcedony family.

Lava
Lava stone is a powerful grounding stone that is said to strengthen our connection with Mother Earth. Offering us strength and courage, it promotes stability and emotional calm.  Linked to the Root Chakra, Lava stone can help you let go of emotional attachment and act as an emotional stabiliser.

Tip: If you like, you can place a drop of your favourite essential oil on the Lava stones. Wait a few moments to allow the oil to absorb to avoid staining clothes. Then take a deep breath and feel a sense of calm descend.
