Our Palo Santo meditation bundle is designed to aid in the process of meditation. Each element has been carefully chosen to help you relax, calm the mind, to let go and assist with your cleansing rituals.
The contents of this bundle are 100% natural. It includes two thick sustainably harvested Palo Santo sticks, a certified organic mini smudge stick and an amethyst elestial point crystal from the state of Bahia in Brazil for spiritual protection against lower energies, purification from negativity and unwanted attachments.
It also comes with small dried lavender sprigs. Burn these alongside the Palo Santo to help soothe the mind and enhance the relaxation experience.
Each bundle has a little booklet telling the beautiful story of Palo Santo and includes a meditation ritual to try at home.
